The ST149B Automated Oxidation Resistance Tester generates a
relatively stable oxygen‑free environment for food samples under
short‑term ambient‑temperature conditions. When temperature and
pressure rise, the fat oxidation‑resistance performance of food
decreases. Compliant with ISO 6886:2004 Animal and Vegetable Fats
and Oils — Determination of Oxidation Stability (Accelerated
Oxidation Test), this analyzer automatically monitors
oxygen‑pressure variations throughout the food oxidation process to
achieve accurate evaluation of the oxidation stability of edible
oils. It is applicable to both solid and liquid oil‑containing food
matrices, including plant‑ and animal‑derived tissues. Samples can
be tested directly without pre‑separation of fats.
