All parts of this mixer that come into contact with materials—including the mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and mixing blade shaft—are manufactured from all-alloy materials, thereby eliminating the need for spraying or electroplating. The equipment is designed to stir, disperse, and compound metal powders with binders and other formulations under controlled temperature conditions. Once the materials have been blended into a mud-like mass, they undergo extrusion and granulation before being sent on to downstream processes.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that travel along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors before returning to the rotor top. Within the enclosed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation materials for optimal performance.

A "W"-shaped mixing chamber, combined with an "M"-shaped lower pressure cover, creates a fully sealed mixing environment. The stirring blade features a prismatic spiral design that prevents any stagnant regions, thereby achieving the required levels of material shearing and dispersion. The hollow stirring blade, along with all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and stirring blade shaft), is made entirely from alloy materials, delivering excellent wear and corrosion resistance, non-stick performance, and a long service life—without the need for spray coating or electroplating treatments.
