Product Overview
This double-platform automatic PCB depaneling router is precision
separation equipment specifically designed for SMT post-process
PCBA cutting. Featuring HIWIN high-precision linear guides, a
4-axis full servo driving system, and a stable 6000RPM high-speed
routing spindle, the machine operates fully automatically following
pre-programmed cutting paths.
It effectively handles separation requirements for stamp-hole
linked PCBs, curved circuit boards, and various irregular-shaped
assemblies, replacing outdated traditional V-Cut separators to
deliver cleaner, stress-free depaneling results.
Utilizing Windows operating system with built-in CCD visual
positioning detection, operators can monitor the entire cutting
procedure in real time, ensuring stable machining accuracy and
consistent finished PCB quality for mass electronics production.
Working Principle
- File Import & Program Setting: Operators import PCB Gerber files or manually mark cutting tracks
on the Windows touch control system to generate independent routing
programs for each board model.
- CCD Visual Positioning Calibration: The built-in CCD camera automatically identifies PCB fiducial
marks to calibrate cutting tracks, eliminating manual positioning
errors.
- Servo-Driven Precision Routing: The 4-axis servo motor system drives the 6000RPM high-speed
spindle to move along preset paths. The sharp routing bit cuts
through PCB connecting tabs gently without stretching or cracking
components on PCBA.
- Dust Collection & Finished Board Output: An integrated internal dust collector absorbs all cutting debris
and resin dust during operation to keep the work zone clean. After
routing completes, finished separated PCBs are ready for unloading.
