WPC Decking 150x25mm Durable Composite Deck Boards Low Maintenance
Eco Friendly
Premium 150x25mm WPC decking designed for high-traffic outdoor
projects. Engineered from eco-friendly wood-plastic composite,
these durable deck boards offer a high-density, low-maintenance
alternative to traditional timber without splitting or warping.
Perfect for commercial and residential patios, gardens, and
landscaping looking for long-lasting weather resistance.
About this Product
- Heavy-Duty 150x25mm Profile: Engineered with a robust, optimized cross-section that maximizes
weight distribution and load-bearing capacity, reducing joist span
requirements and saving structural installation costs.
- Ultra-Low Maintenance: Eliminates the need for sanding, staining, oiling, or painting.
The high-density composite matrix prevents water absorption,
completely eliminating common timber failures like warping,
splitting, rot, and decay.
- Architectural Seamless Fit: Tailored for modern, clean-lined outdoor layouts. The precise
profile design ensures uniform alignment and a sleek, continuous
surface effect without wide, unsightly gaps.
- Eco-Friendly Circular Materials: Manufactured using recycled wood fibers and premium polymers. This
sustainable loop lowers your project's carbon footprint while
meeting strict international green building import standards.
- Weatherproof & Fade Resistant: Enhanced with specialized UV inhibitors to maintain color
integrity over years of intense sun exposure, making it ideal for
open patios, gardens, and poolside projects.

How to Install
Step 1: Substructure Preparation
Ensure the ground is flat, solid, and has a slight slope (1-2%) for
proper water drainage. Secure the joists (keels) to the concrete
base using expansion screws. Joist Span Requirement: For our
heavy-duty 150x25mm profile, the center-to-center distance between
joists must be 300mm to 350mm maximum to prevent bouncing and
handle high loads.
Step 2: Fixing the Starter Clips
Install the starter clips or first row of fasteners at the edge of
the joists. Slide the first 150x25mm WPC deck board into position
against these clips.
Step 3: Securing with Hidden Fasteners
Insert our specialized plastic or stainless steel hidden clips into
the side groove of the board where it intersects with each joist.
Fasten the screws into the joists through the clip center. Position
the next WPC board, pushing it firmly into the exposed side of the
clips.
Step 4: Managing Expansion Gaps
WPC materials expand and contract slightly with temperature
fluctuations. Refer to the diagram above to leave appropriate
spacing:
- Side-by-Side Gap (between two boards): 6-7mm (automatically set by
our clips)
- End-to-End Gap (at butt joints): 10mm expansion space must be
cleared
- Dual-Keel Rule: Where two board ends meet, you must install two
parallel pieces of keels so each board end is independently
supported by its own clip
Step 5: Fascia & Edge Finishing
Once all decking boards are locked into place, cover the exposed
raw outer framework using our matching L-shape side cover (fascia
trim). Fix it securely along the perimeter using color-matched
countersunk screws.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the loading capacity of a 40'HQ container for this
150x25mm profile?
We optimize packaging strictly for volume imports. Depending on the
customized length (e.g., 2.2m, 2.9m, or 4.0m) and the pallet
configurations, a standard 40'HQ container can hold up to 950 to
1,000 square meters of our 150x25mm WPC decking, maximizing your
shipping cost-efficiency per square meter.
Q2: Does your WPC decking require specialized tools for
installation?
No heavy specialized equipment is required. You can process our
150x25mm WPC boards using standard woodworking tools (miter saws,
hand drills, and countersink bits). Our hidden fastening clip
system automatically sets the 6-7mm side-by-side gap, significantly
accelerating the on-site construction pace for contractors.
Q3: How do you control batch-to-batch color consistency for large
projects?
Color consistency is a key indicator of a source manufacturer. We
use localized digital colorimetry during the raw material blending
and extrusion phases, strictly maintaining the color tolerance at
Delta E less than 0.5. This industrial-grade tracking ensures a
seamless architectural look across multiple batches without
noticeable shifts.
Q4: Does this product meet commercial building code fire ratings?
Yes. Our architectural-grade 150x25mm WPC profile is engineered
with advanced flame-retardant additives, achieving a certified B1
Class fire rating (under EN 13501-1 standards). This qualifies the
material for strict high-traffic commercial tenders, including
resort boardwalks, public parks, and outdoor restaurant platforms.
Q5: Will the 150x25mm decking warp or rot in high-humidity or
coastal areas?
Not at all. With a water absorption rate under 1.0% (24h full
immersion testing under EN 317), our high-density composite matrix
blocks moisture from entering the core. Unlike traditional timber,
it is completely immune to rotting, warping, splitting, and marine
borers, making it ideal for poolside and waterfront applications.
