1. Structural characteristics of furnace body
1.1 The furnace test device has preset test positions. The standard
version test position is at the front of the furnace, while the
high-end version test position is at the front and top.
1.2 Fiber lining: In order to ensure minimal deformation and reduce
deflection of the furnace body under high temperature conditions,
this plan uses 300mm thick refractory fibers on the furnace top to
ensure good insulation, reduce furnace body deformation, and extend
the service life of steel structures and refractory materials.
2The refractory material testing device is a full fiber structure,
using 300mm thick high alumina refractory fibers. First, lay two
layers of staggered bonded fibers near the steel plate of the
furnace wall, and then stack and stack them with refractory fiber
forming blocks. Stainless steel anchors are used to fix the
refractory fibers between each other and between the refractory
fibers and the side wall of the testing device. Among various fiber
lining construction methods, this construction method is more
conducive to sealing the furnace wall. The staggered inner layer of
stacked fibers facilitates compression in the up and down, left and
right directions. The construction specification of threading
fixation method is that the furnace wall steel plate has fewer
thermal short circuits, and the threading is buried in the fiber
layer. The stainless steel anchor does not directly contact the
high-temperature air inside the test device, reducing the
possibility of high-temperature air inside the test device
conducting heat directly outward through the fiber fixation point.
The furnace lining constructed using a combination of layer by
layer and layer by layer threading and overall fixation method has
good overall integrity, is firm and reliable, has a smooth and
beautiful appearance, and has a long service life.
