Dual coating heads with water-based oil base and UV polish. The water base removes ink stains and spray powder, prevents UV oil penetration, reduces oil consumption, and ensures full hardening without odor residue.

High-precision four-feed and four-suction Feida head ensures paper straightness within 2mm. The Feida head transmission can be moved back and forth for convenient operation with different paper specifications. Platform lift with over-limit protection.

Maximum sheet size of 1200x1100mm accommodates large format printing and packaging applications, making it ideal for the corrugated box and packaging industry.

4 groups of 12 infrared heating tubes (halogen tungsten lamp series, wavelength 0.76-5um, peak 4um) for efficient pre-drying, plus 3 high-pressure mercury UV lamps (365nm main peak) for rapid UV curing. High efficiency with fast heat transfer.

Pneumatic paper alignment mechanism at the delivery section ensures neat and orderly paper collection. Equipped with a paper counter for production tracking, electric eye auto-descend function, and air pressure adjustment for precise paper stacking.

Built with premium components: International Brand contactors and circuit breakers, OMRON proximity switches, Baumer photoelectric switches, TECO frequency converter, IDEC micro contactors, Esterlam (UK) scraping knife, and CHOHO (Japan) chain for maximum reliability and service life.

Main drive adopts variable frequency type with synchronous belt transmission for stable, low-noise operation. Mechanical speed adjustable from 20-80 m/min to match different production requirements.
