Synchronous dual-hook lifting, suitable for complex operating conditions.Equipped with dual hooks and dual lifting chains, the system enables synchronized lifting and lowering, ensuring stable, level hoisting and transport of long or large loads (such as vehicle body components on automotive production lines or large molds). The spacing between the two hooks can be customized to meet specific requirements, offering flexibility for various lifting applications.

Compact structure and lightweight design
Features a high-strength aluminum alloy body that is lightweight and compact in size, with highly interchangeable components; suitable for installation on single-girder cranes, I-beams, double-girder cranes, or jib cranes, and adaptable to various environments such as factories, warehouses, and docks.

Multiple Safety Protection Devices

• Dual-direction (upper and lower) safety limit switches: prevent over-hoisting or dropping of the load;

• Phase-reversal protection device: automatically locks the control circuit in the event of incorrect power wiring to prevent equipment damage;

• Low-voltage safety transformer (24V/36V/48V): ensures operator safety.

• Safety latch on the hook: prevents accidental detachment of the load, enhancing lifting safety.

This hoist is widely used in factories, workshops, warehouses, assembly lines for frequent material lifting. It is equipped with grade 80 high-strength load chain, Φ7.1mm,Φ11.2mm chains.
