Manufactured by Syris, this precision carrier fixture is CNC-machined from AL7075 high-strength aluminum alloy and finished with prototype-grade anodizing, engineered for precision handling and alignment of interposer substrates during semiconductor packaging and assembly processes.

Key Features:

• Material: AL7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, delivering high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent fatigue resistance, and long-term dimensional stability
• Surface Treatment: Prototype-run anodized finish for improved surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection while preserving tight machining tolerances
• Design: Large-format single-cavity carrier plate featuring a dense grid array of precision-drilled through-holes for vacuum handling, alignment, and inspection access
• Precision Alignment Features: Integrated locating tabs/keys along the perimeter (top and bottom edges) for accurate, repeatable substrate registration; recessed pocket cutouts on both sides for gripping or robotic handling clearance
• Reference Marking: Laser-etched product identification, part number, and date code for full traceability
• Application: Used as a top-side carrier for interposer substrates in semiconductor packaging workflows — supporting processes such as bonding, inspection, or transport with high positional accuracy
