• Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication: Formed and welded from cold-rolled steel sheet stock with tight-tolerance bends, ensuring accurate fit for internal component mounting and panel alignment.
• Vibrant Powder-Coated Finish: Durable magenta/purple powder-coat exterior finish, demonstrating Syris's cosmetic finishing capabilities for custom OEM color specifications and brand differentiation.
• Ventilation Design: Laser-cut/punched louvered vent arrays on the top cover and side panel for efficient passive heat dissipation from internal electronics.
• Multi-Cutout Front Panel: Precision-machined openings for card slots, connector modules, indicator windows, and a digital display, accurately positioned to align with internal sub-assemblies.
