This ring magnet is compression bonded for automotive applications such as sensors, ABS systems and motor encoders, providing a strong, uniform magnetic field around its circumference.

Compression bonding achieves high dimensional accuracy and multipole magnetization with excellent temperature stability. Custom diameters, pole counts and magnetization patterns are available.

Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
