This injection molded magnet is engineered for electronic expansion valves (EEV) used in HVAC and refrigeration systems. Produced from high-performance bonded NdFeB material, it delivers stable magnetic output, precise pole orientation and excellent dimensional accuracy.

The injection molding process supports complex geometries and thin-wall sections with consistent mass production. Ideal for stepper-motor driven valve control, it ensures smooth and reliable actuation over a long service life. Custom pole patterns, pole counts and sizes are available to match your valve design.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
