Back Structure and Support System
Tabletop Underside: Steel tabletops feature a dense grid of reinforcing ribs to
prevent sagging in the center of large surfaces; cast iron versions
come with integral cast-in ribs.

Three Stand Options:
- Fixed Heavy-Duty Stand: Welded steel structure with leveling feet; recommended for
high-precision applications. Leveling capability is crucial for
maintaining surface flatness.
- Stand with Locking Casters: Facilitates workstation mobility. Casters must be locked during
heavy-load operations; do not perform welding while the table is
supported by the casters (i.e., with casters off the ground), as
this can cause tabletop deformation.
- Simple Split-Type Stand: Low-cost option suitable for smaller tabletops.
Important Note: The stand serves only for support and cannot be used to correct
tabletop warping; the inherent precision of the tabletop is derived
from the machining and aging processes.

Q: Can worn holes be repaired on-site?
A: Yes. Worn D28 holes can be repaired with D28 bushing inserts on
site, no need to send the whole table back to factory.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as processing error
and material flaw. Warranty does NOT cover arc burning, impact
damage, normal wear of holes and surface. Spare parts like bushing
inserts are available for after-sales maintenance.
Q: What are your standard sizes, can you make custom dimensions?
A: Standard sizes: 1000×800 mm up to 4000×2000 mm. Custom length,
width and working height are acceptable.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Standard models 15-25 working days; custom large-size tables
25-40 working days, subject to production schedule.
Q: What packaging and shipping options are available for export?
A: We use export-grade fumigation-free wooden crates for packaging,
with internal protective padding to prevent damage during
transportation. For large-sized tables exceeding 4 meters, we can
arrange container loading solutions (e.g., open-top containers) and
provide professional loading guidance to ensure safety during sea
or land transportation.
Q: Do you provide after-sales technical support for overseas
customers?
A: Yes, we provide remote after-sales technical support, including
installation guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance advice. For
complex issues, we can also provide video guidance. Spare parts
