It uses pressure-compensator control and includes a maximum-displacement adjustment feature. The pump is intended for low-noise hydraulic systems operating over an approximate pressure-setting range of 1.8 to 7 MPa.

The pressure compensator automatically reduces displacement as outlet pressure reaches the selected cutoff setting. This helps reduce energy loss when the circuit does not require full pump flow.

The additional displacement adjustment allows the maximum pump output to be limited mechanically.
