4. Notes on Use
- Pre-operation Inspection: Before starting the equipment, check the tightness of all
connecting parts, overall sealing performance, dust removal system,
circuit and oil circuit to ensure normal operation. Clean all
sundries inside the equipment. Long-time high-speed no-load
operation is prohibited to avoid equipment wear.
- Standard Feeding Operation: Feed raw materials strictly in accordance with the production
formula. Hard metal objects and oversized impurity particles are
forbidden to enter the mixing chamber to prevent damage to stirring
impellers and liners. Select corresponding stirring modes for
viscous and ultrafine powders to avoid material agglomeration.
- Operation Process Management: Do not open the equipment cover or touch running components
during operation. Parameter modification and debugging are
