Overview : 1. This machine is specially designed for large square lithium-ion batteries, using a Z-shaped stacking method. The equipment achieves manual loading, subsequent electrode position correction, and a fully automatic stacking process. By adjusting the fixtures, different sizes can be realized, making it suitable for the development and sample production of stacked lithium-ion batteries. 2. The equipment features a single cantilever structure design, with automatic servo tension control for web separation and automatic EPC control.

Features: 1. Z-shaped automatic stacking, with automatic servo constant tension control for the separator. Figure 1 is the adjustment of the stacking table, Figure 2 is the adjustment of the cathode and anode electrodes, Figure 3 is the automatic unwinding of the separator, and Figure 4 is the adjustment of the suction cup. 2. Automatic counting of stacking pieces, manual reset, and design of digital counter. Automatic photoelectric EPC control for the separator. 3. Pneumatic cylinder actions are controlled by button switches, driven by PLC. 4. Manual placement of electrodes, with fixture-assisted positioning to ensure the neatness of stacking. 5. Adopting a compatible design to meet the requirements of different cell size variations.
