Product Details
The V-finned condenser serves as a core heat exchange component,
utilizing a unique V-shaped structural design to maximize heat
transfer surface area and ensure efficient heat dissipation for the
refrigerant. As the refrigerant flows through copper or aluminum
tubes, high-temperature, high-pressure gas undergoes forced
convective heat transfer with a large volume of ambient air via the
fins; this rapidly releases heat into the atmosphere, condensing
the refrigerant into a liquid and completing the refrigeration
cycle.
The condenser primarily consists of a high-efficiency V-shaped
array of copper or aluminum tubes and high-density corrugated
aluminum fins (featuring a hydrophilic coating). The V-shaped
design significantly increases the frontal area and optimizes
airflow paths, reducing air resistance while enhancing heat
transfer efficiency. The hydrophilic coating on the fin surfaces
effectively prevents condensate retention, thereby minimizing the
risks of frost blockage and corrosion. Mechanical tube expansion or
welding processes ensure tight contact between the tubes and fins,
resulting in superior heat transfer performance.
These condensers are widely used in large-scale commercial central
air conditioning systems, industrial process cooling, precision air
