This 34U Outdoor Telecom Battery Cabinet is designed to provide robust and reliable enclosure solutions for telecommunication power systems in outdoor environments. Rated IP55, it offers excellent protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, making it well-suited for deployment in harsh weather conditions. The cabinet dimensions are H1700mm × W800mm × D800mm, with customization available to meet specific project requirements. Internally, it provides 34U of 19-inch standard mounting space, along with dedicated shelves for up to five battery packs, enabling integrated power and backup storage in a single enclosure.

The cabinet is constructed from single-layer 1.5mm thick galvanized sheet, reinforced with 20mm thermal isolation cotton to mitigate temperature fluctuations. It features a polyester powder coating in RAL7035 (light gray) for enhanced corrosion resistance. Security is ensured by an anti-theft three-point locking system on the single front door, which also serves as the main access point for installation and maintenance. All equipment can be serviced from the front, simplifying field operations and reducing clearance requirements.

For cable management, the cabinet supports bottom cable entry and exit, with cables routed neatly from the sides to avoid interference with equipment. Ventilation is provided by four 48VDC fans mounted on the front door, controlled by an integrated thermal controller to activate cooling only when needed. This design balances energy efficiency with thermal performance. The cabinet is intended for floor installation, and a convenient folder on the front door allows storage of documentation or maintenance logs on site.
