Product Features

Process Characteristics

The optimized winding structure and magnetic flux design greatly reduce harmonic loss, eddy current loss and extra temperature rise, and prevent overheating and accelerated insulation aging induced by harmonics in conventional transformers.

Windings are manufactured via VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process, including vacuum degassing, pressure impregnation and integral high-temperature curing. The insulating resin fully fills all gaps between wire turns, winding layers and insulation materials, achieving bubble-free, void-free windings with ultra-low porosity. This technology completely eliminates common drawbacks of conventional varnished transformers such as moisture ingress, dust accumulation and internal void discharge. It ensures low partial discharge, uniform and stable insulation performance, and rules out insulation breakdown risks during long-term operation.
