Our multi aperture perforated sheet is a flexible customized punching metal plate that supports mixed multiple hole diameters and arbitrary special irregular hole shapes on one single panel. Different from standard single-size perforated sheets, this product can integrate large holes, small micro holes and special-shaped holes such as oval, cross, square, hexagonal, crocodile mouth and curved holes on the same sheet according to customer drawings, meeting composite functional demands of ventilation, filtration, anti-drop and decorative aesthetics at the same time.

We adopt fully automatic CNC multi-station punching equipment to realize one-step forming of mixed apertures and special holes, ensuring neat hole arrangement, consistent hole edge smoothness and uniform flatness of the whole board. Raw material options include galvanized steel, carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
