Experience the future of restorative dentistry with our Digitally Fabricated Acrylic Dentures.
Utilizing high-precision 3D scanning and additive manufacturing, we provide a streamlined solution for patients seeking to restore full chewing function and aesthetic confidence.
Our 3D Printed Acrylic Dentures are designed for versatile clinical applications, ranging from Partial Restorations (missing one or more teeth) to Full Arch Rehabilitations (edentulous patients). By replacing traditional manual impressions with a rapid digital workflow, we deliver a prosthesis that matches the intricate details of the patient's oral anatomy with micron-level accuracy.
1. Precision Engineering for "Perfect Fit"
Through advanced 3D scanning, our laboratory captures the exact contours of the gums and any remaining dentition. This ensures the finished denture "hugs" the gingival tissue perfectly, providing superior stability and a natural feel that traditional methods struggle to replicate.
2. Streamlined Digital Efficiency
We have eliminated the labor-intensive steps of traditional fabrication—such as stone model pouring and wax-up. Supported by our Digital Center and industrial 3D printers, the production cycle is significantly shortened, ensuring patients receive their final restoration much faster.
3. Cost-Effective Patient Experience
Our digital workflow reduces the number of clinical appointments required for fittings and adjustments. This translates to a more economical price point and a more convenient process for the patient without compromising on material quality.
4. "Cloud-Secure" Restoration
One of the most significant benefits of our digital approach is Digital Security. Since every patient’s scan is stored in our secure database, a lost or broken denture can be "re-printed" immediately using the original file. This removes the need for the patient to return to the dentist for new impressions.
