HOW IT WORKS (DECAL TRANSFER PROCESS)

1. Print your artwork (offset, rotogravure or digital) onto the matte side.
2. Dust wet glaze powder (melamine formaldehyde) onto the printed surface; dry 60 °C, 5 min.
3. Place the glazed paper face-down on the pre-form; enter compression mold.
4. Under 160–180 °C & 80–120 bar, the resin liquefies, embedding the ink layer.
5. Demold, cool, edge-polish—graphics are now sealed beneath a hard, clear melamine layer.
