OEM High Precision CNC Aluminum Prototype Mould
This product is a set of fully CNC machined aluminum mould inserts, used for rapid prototype injection moulding of handheld tool grip plastic parts. Aluminum moulds feature ultra-fast processing cycles, low cost and short lead time, ideal for small-batch trial production, product verification and pre-mass sampling.
Product Overview
The picture shows multiple finished aluminum cavity plates with
symmetrical ergonomic grip cavities. Each plate contains two
identical handle-shaped forming cavities, machined via high-speed
CNC milling. Aluminum moulds are widely adopted for new product
validation before steel mould mass production, supporting small
volume trial runs of PP, ABS, TPE and other common plastics.
