Product description

The rotary vibrating screen relies on the eccentric blocks of the vertical vibration motor to generate three-dimensional composite vibration. The materials perform a rotational expansion movement on the screen surface to complete classification and impurity removal. The entire machine is mostly made of stainless steel and has a fully sealed structure. It can be stacked multiple layers for screening, the screen mesh can be replaced easily, the noise is low, the floor space is small, and it can handle powders, particles, and slurries. It is widely used in the chemical and food industries for fine screening.

Working principle
The vibrating motor's eccentric hammers on the top and bottom rotate to generate three-dimensional vibration force, which drives the screen to rotate. The materials enter from the center and spread outward. Fine particles pass through the screen while coarse particles are discharged along the edges. Adjusting the angle of the heavy hammer can change the screening effect.
