How do you guarantee the building design satisfies our specific
country's local building codes?
Before fabrication, our engineering team utilizes technical
parameters of the Q355B H-beam framework and tension bracing
matrices to calculate specific wind load, snow load, and seismic
ratings. We customize structural details to align directly with
your country's architectural standards.
What steps are taken to protect the prefabricated steel components
from rusting during sea transit?
All secondary framing components, such as C-section roof and wall
purlins, are upgraded to Q235B steel featuring a thick 275g
galvanized layer. The primary Q355B H-beam columns are coated with
heavy-duty industrial primer and protective paint, and the entire
kit is securely bundled for ocean container shipping.
Can the main steel columns handle the heavy loading of an overhead
bridge crane for a workshop layout?
Yes. Because structural columns and roof rafters are built using
rigid, high-tensile Q355B H-beams rather than light-gauge metal,
they are fully capable of supporting heavy crane operations. We can
pre-fabricate custom crane runway beams and column brackets based
on your load specifications.
Is the roofing system optimized to handle high temperatures and
moisture in tropical export zones?
Absolutely. For tropical climates, we recommend upgrading the
Galvalume cladding to our premium insulated sandwich panels. The
roof system also incorporates deep stainless steel gutters for
heavy downpours and Φ600mm 304SS unpowered ventilators to exhaust
heat and humidity naturally.
What hardware is supplied in the export package to secure the
building to our concrete pad?
The export kit includes a complete industrial fastening layout
featuring project-specific Q235B foundation anchor bolts to lock
main columns into your concrete foundation, along with Grade 10.9
high-strength intensive bolts and Grade 4.8 ordinary galvanized
hardware to secure all remaining joints.
