Automatic Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking and Compression Machine

The ACEY-SP1200 Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking Extruder is designed for stacking, extruding, and bundling prismatic lithium battery cells. It employs a servo motor, screw module, and planetary reducer for the stacking and extrusion process, with pressure controlled by a dedicated pressure controller, achieving a stacking thrust of over 500 kg. The system is user-friendly and enables real-time control of stacking stroke and pressure. It features triple protection--software limits, hardware limits, and pressure limits--which prevents over-extrusion of cells and ensures high precision in extrusion control.

Operation Process

The operator manually places end plates, insulation plates, and individual battery cells in sequence onto the stacking platform.
After stacking is completed, the pressing start button is activated. The control system monitors the pressure sensor signal and drives the electric cylinder to perform automatic compression.
When the preset pressing force or stroke distance is reached, the system automatically stops the pressing action.
The operator manually straps the upper and lower steel bands to secure the formed battery module.
After strapping is completed, the return button is pressed, and the electric cylinder releases the pressure and automatically returns to the standby position.
The stacking, pressing, and strapping process is now complete.
