Product Overview
Bendin Industrial GI Perforated Cable Tray with Cover is a
high-performance integrated cable management solution that combines
active ventilation heat dissipation and full enclosure physical protection. It perfectly solves the core defects of traditional cable trays:
heat accumulation of solid closed trays and insufficient protection
of open trays. Adopting full hot-dip galvanized process, the
product provides excellent dust-proof, drip-proof, anti-corrosion
and anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, widely used in
food processing, industrial production, outdoor wiring, parking
garages and commercial building M&E systems.

Core Advantages
1. Dual Design of Ventilation & Full Protection
The 20%–35% open perforated base creates continuous natural
convection. Cool air enters from the bottom and takes away cable
heat, achieving 25%–40% higher heat dissipation than fully solid cable troughs. The solid top cover blocks falling
objects, dripping water, dust and debris, avoiding cable aging and
damage caused by exposure.
2. Superior Anti-corrosion Performance
All trays and covers adopt integral hot-dip galvanizing, no partial
electro-galvanizing. Uniform zinc coating effectively isolates
oxidation and electrochemical corrosion, suitable for humid,
outdoor and medium corrosive industrial environments.
3. Stable EMI Shielding & Electrical Continuity
The fully enclosed metal structure with grounded cover provides
enhanced electromagnetic shielding, reducing interference between
power cables and signal cables. All matched galvanized accessories
ensure 100% system electrical continuity without rust gaps.
4. Two Cover Types for All Scenarios
Flexible cover options meet maintenance, vibration and security
requirements for different projects.

Manufacturing Strength & Advantages
1. Strict Raw Material Inspection & Stable Quality Foundation
All raw steel materials are Q235 grade cold-rolled low-carbon steel
coils, with strict incoming inspection on chemical composition,
mechanical properties and surface quality. Standardized raw
material screening ensures every finished tray has stable
formability, weldability and structural strength, avoiding quality
fluctuations caused by inferior raw materials.
2. CNC Precision Manufacturing & Consistent Performance
Adopts advanced CNC automatic punching equipment to realize precise
and repeatable hole making. The standard staggered round holes of
6–8mm ensure a stable 20%–35% open area ratio, with uniform spacing
and neat hole edges. Custom perforation patterns are available to
meet special ventilation and anti-drop requirements. Continuous
seam welding technology replaces intermittent spot welding,
eliminating stress concentration and fatigue cracking, greatly
improving overall structural stability and vibration resistance.
3. Post-fabrication Hot-dip Galvanizing for Full Protection
Different from ordinary pre-galvanized sheet processing, all our
trays and accessories are fully hot-dip galvanized after
fabrication. The whole piece is immersed in 450°C molten zinc to
produce a metallurgically bonded zinc-iron alloy coating. All cut
edges, punched holes and weld seams are fully covered with zinc
layer, completely solving the corrosion risk of exposed raw steel
at cutting joints. The coating is not easy to peel or delaminate,
realizing long-term anti-corrosion protection.
4. Vertical Integrated Production & Complete System Matching
We realize full independent production of the entire cable tray
system including straight sections, elbows, tees, crosses,
reducers, splice plates, covers and all supporting brackets and
grounding accessories. All components adopt the same raw materials
and unified hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring consistent
coating thickness, mechanical properties and appearance of the
whole system. No galvanic corrosion and component incompatibility
problems caused by mixed purchasing from multiple suppliers.
5. Complete Quality Documents & Project Traceability
Each batch of products is equipped with complete official
certification documents, including material mill test certificates,
zinc layer thickness test reports, dimensional tolerance inspection
reports and load-span data tables. Verifiable quality data replaces
simple supplier promises, fully meeting the specification
acceptance and project filing requirements of engineering
contractors and owners.
6. Flexible Customization & Global Service Support
On the basis of standard specifications, we support personalized
customization of size, thickness, hole type, surface treatment and
special accessories. The professional engineering team evaluates
the structural rationality of customized products to ensure that
non-standard products also have qualified mechanical and
anti-corrosion performance. We support multiple international trade
terms and seaworthy export packaging, providing stable supply and
technical support for global engineering projects.
