• Station Feeding System: Features an independent stainless steel cabin station design with a guide rail follow-up structure. It is easy to replace, simple to maintain, and facilitates efficient connection with front-end feeding systems.
• Servo Carton Opening System: Uses a servo multi-suction head carton opening mechanism that simultaneously pre-forms the carton while opening. Driven by a high-performance servo motor, it provides a precise, efficient, and reliable automated solution with low failure rates and long service life. The advanced closed-loop control system ensures precise control of the carton opening, guaranteeing stable product quality.
• Detection & Control System:
  • Material Detection: Checks for the presence of products. If a product is detected, a carton is dispensed; if not, no carton is dispensed.
  • Carton Opening Detection: Checks for the presence of a carton. If a carton is present, the push rod activates to insert the product; if not, the product goes into the recovery bin.
  • Carton Rack Detection: Detects if the carton rack is empty. An alarm will sound if cartons are missing, prompting manual replenishment.
• Pushing and Cartoning System: Employs a multi-push rod continuous pushing mechanism for smoother product insertion. Push heads are made of oil nylon material to protect the product. A rotary pressing mechanism ensures smooth insertion, and the system prevents pushing if the material plate is unqualified.
• Ear Folding Control System: Servo motor control makes it easy to adjust the folding speed. Uses electronic cams coupled with the main shaft for a softer, more fluid ear folding motion.
• Sealing Control System: Configurable with optional glue spray sealing, tuck-in sealing, or crash-lock bottom sealing mechanisms, featuring follow-up sealing for enhanced synchronization.

• Intelligent Safety Design: Features automatic interlocking protection, fault inquiry, and alarms. Equipped with an environmental protective cover conforming to safety production standards.
• Door Limit Protection: Plug-in protection devices immediately stop the machine if a safety door is opened. Normal production will automatically halt and alarm if perimeter doors are opened.
• Carton Shortage & Air Pressure Protection: Automatic alarms trigger if cartons run low. An oil-water separator extends pneumatic component life, and the machine halts and alarms if air pressure falls outside safe operational limits.
