Product Introduction
This automatic stainless steel rotary dryer is a high-automation
intelligent drying equipment with full stainless steel structure
and full-process automatic control. All parts in direct contact
with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel,
with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. It features
unattended operation, precise parameter adjustment and stable
operation, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, fine
chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It is the core drying
equipment to ensure no material pollution, ultra-low moisture and
high product qualification rate in modern intelligent production
lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel
multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque
heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed.
The PLC intelligent control system automatically adjusts parameters
such as feeding speed, drum rotating speed and hot air temperature
in real time according to the online detection data of material
moisture. High-moisture materials are automatically and
quantitatively fed into the inner cylinder through the sealed
anti-blocking feeding port. The built-in wear-resistant
anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and
scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully
contact with the hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is
efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise
constant temperature zones, and the dried finished products that
meet the preset moisture standards are automatically discharged
through the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the
full-process automatic drying process. The all-stainless-steel
material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by
materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material
pollution, parameter deviation and unstable product quality.

This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of automatic
stainless steel drying. The full-process intelligent automatic
control system realizes unattended operation, the temperature
control accuracy is ±1℃, and the product qualification rate reaches
99.5%. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion
and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2
times that of ordinary carbon steel automatic dryers. Equipped with
a full set of automatic safety protection devices such as fault
self-diagnosis, over-temperature alarm and emergency shutdown, it
fully meets the national industrial intelligent safety production
standards. It can be customized with different daily processing
capacities from 5 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual
material properties and intelligent production scale of users.
