weight range is between 60g and 120g, and it can be customized and
debugged according to customer needs.
2. Is the coating thickness adjustable? Does it affect the clarity
of embossing?
Yes, the coating thickness range is generally 10-40μm, which can be
adjusted according to actual needs. The thickness will affect the
depth of embossing and peeling performance. Usually, keeping it at
around 20μm can take into account both the clarity of the pattern
