Product Overview The Automatic Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester (Tag Closed-Cup Method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 21929 ("Test Method for Flash Point by Tag Closed-Cup Tester") and the ASTM D56 standard test method. It is suitable for the automatic determination of the flash point of liquids with a viscosity of less than 5.5 cSt at 40°C (or less than 9.5 cSt at 25°C) and a flash point below 93°C. ASTM D56 Automatic Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester (Tag Closed-Cup Method) Fully Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Analyzer Performance Features The instrument features a 7-inch high-definition, high-resolution LCD touchscreen display and touchscreen controls. It offers a user-friendly interface (supporting both English and Chinese), with fully automated control throughout the testing process, making it intuitive and easy to operate. The instrument performs fully automated functions, including automatic lifting of the test arm, automatic heating/cooling control, automatic ignition, automatic flash point detection, automatic saving and printing of results, and automatic air cooling upon test completion. It utilizes electronic silicon-carbide rod ignition technology (electronic flame), eliminating the need for an external gas supply; this ensures energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and laboratory safety. High-precision Class A Pt100 temperature sensors are used for temperature monitoring. Ignition and flash point detection begin automatically once the sample reaches the preset temperature. A high-precision flash point detector ensures rapid response and high sensitivity. A digital module automatically monitors atmospheric pressure, and test results are automatically corrected for atmospheric pressure. The instrument is equipped with a fault self-diagnosis and alert system; it can store multiple test results. It includes functions for setting the time, date, and day of the week. It features a heating limit function; the instrument automatically stops the test and issues an alert if the temperature limit is reached. Upon test completion, the test ID and results are automatically saved and printed.
