1,Materials travel inside an enclosed trouvgh — no spillage, no dust. As environmental regulations tighten worldwide, open belt conveyors with flying dust face fines. TGMC enclosed design ensures compliance from day one.

2,Scraper chain pushes materials at low speed (0.6–0.8 m/s), minimizing impact on fragile grains like rice, corn and soybean. Compared to screw conveyors (crushing) and belt conveyors (throwing), TGMC reduces breakage by 50%+. Less breakage = higher grade = more money per ton.

3,Advanced bushed chain structure features precision sliding surfaces between pin and bushing, reducing wear and elongation. Compared to standard forged chains, bushed chains run smoother, quieter and last longer. The chain is the "heart" of a scraper conveyor — a better heart means worry-free operation.

4,Anti-blocking doors on the trough side allow quick clearing of material blockage — no shutdown, no disassembly, no specialist needed. Any operator can clear a blockage in 5 minutes. Traditional scrapers require half a day to disassemble; TGMC takes 5 minutes.
