The SXBZ Series Transformer Test Bench is a professional all-in-one
high voltage testing equipment, specially designed for full-range
factory inspection and routine maintenance testing of various power
transformers.
It is widely applicable to power grid supply & distribution
stations, transformer manufacturing factories, transformer
maintenance service centers and related electrical testing labs.
The whole unit supports personalized customization according to
customers’ actual testing demands, and can be configured as bench
type or microcomputer integrated type to adapt to different test
sites.
This test bench integrates all core transformer testing functions,
covering no-load & load loss test, winding resistance, turn ratio,
impedance, power frequency withstand voltage, induced overvoltage,
partial discharge, temperature rise, impulse voltage, insulation
test and transformer oil analysis. Equipped with PLC control system
and high-precision A/D converter, it realizes automatic data
acquisition, calculation, storage, printing and test report
generation, greatly improving testing efficiency and test data
accuracy.
Complete multi-layer safety protection mechanisms such as
overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, misoperation and wrong wiring
protection are built in to guarantee safe operation for operators.

the same time to avoid misoperation.

testing parameters including three-phase voltage, current and other
core indicators.
- Adopts industrial high-speed processor + PLC controller, matched
with high-precision A/D converter; all test data is automatically
calculated, stored, printed and exported into customized test
reports.
- Flexible equipment structure customization: optional desktop bench
type or microcomputer integrated type to fit different laboratory
space.
- Automatically switch PT & CT measuring ranges with adjustable
voltage and current ratio; direct display of final test values
without manual conversion.
- Built-in ACCESS database, which can store test parameters,
real-time data, ambient temperature, test date and other
information, support data query, browsing and analysis.
- Supports accurate measurement under low power factor conditions
(power factor range: 0.01–1.00).
- Comprehensive multi-protection system: overload alarm, wrong wiring
protection, misoperation protection, overvoltage & overcurrent
protection.
- Complete automatic control modules: external induction voltage
regulator, single-phase voltage regulator, voltage/current
transformer switching control, with real-time voltage & current
monitoring and overcurrent interlock protection.
