Our vacuum welded pipes are manufactured from certified stainless steel grades (304L, 316L, and 316LN) in controlled cleanroom environments. Distinguishing features include:

• Full-Penetration Orbital Welds: Automated welding ensures 100% root fusion without cracks or porosity, eliminating virtual leaks.

• Electropolished Inner Surfaces: Achieves Ra ≤ 0.25 µm (10 µin) surface finish, minimizing outgassing and particle entrapment.

• Leak-Tight Integrity: Helium leak tested to rates as low as 1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s or better.

• Bakeable & UHV Compatible: Designed for operating temperatures up to 400°C (with appropriate flanges) without degradation.

• Seamless Transition Zones: Smooth internal weld profiles prevent turbulence and allow consistent conductance.

• Full Traceability: Each pipe batch includes material certifications, weld logs, and helium leak test reports.
