This WPC series hammer crusher is a versatile medium and fine crushing unit designed for flexible particle size control. It covers complete model spectrum from small 6060 to large 1418, matching hourly output between 8 tons and 230 tons to fit different production scales. The machine adopts integrated heavy-duty rotor and replaceable grate plate assembly, allowing quick adjustment of discharge size from 1mm to 100mm without major disassembly. With compact body layout and single-motor drive structure, it delivers steady continuous operation for small quarries, coal processing plants and construction waste recycling lines. Its standardized modular structure simplifies spare parts stock and daily maintenance work for long-term stable running.

Motor drives the high-speed balanced rotor with alloy hammer heads rotating inside the crushing chamber. Bulk raw materials enter from top feeding inlet and receive continuous high-speed impact, extrusion and friction force between hammer heads and inner lining plates. Materials smaller than the gap of bottom grate plates pass through and become finished products, while oversized particles stay inside for repeated circulation crushing. By replacing grate plates with different hole sizes, users can freely switch finished granularity to meet diverse material grading requirements.
