Designed with adjustable elliptical vibration structure, circular vibrating screen provides accurate multi-layer particle grading for stones and ores. Stable running performance and large output make it a core screening device for quarry and mining crushing lines.
Working Principle
Driven by the vibration motor, the eccentric block generates centrifugal excitation force, making the screen box produce regular circular vibration. After entering the screen surface, materials are continuously tossed, stratified and screened under vibration. Fine particles pass through the screen mesh and fall to the lower layer or discharge as finished products, while oversized materials flow forward along the inclined screen surface and return to the crushing equipment for re-crushing.
