Stage 2: FPC Pre-Bake & Preparation
FPCs are pre-baked at 80-100°C for 4-8 hours to remove moisture. Each board is inspected for defects before carrier mounting.
Stage 3: Custom Carrier/Fixture Fabrication
Precision carriers are fabricated for each FPC design—CNC machined with tooling pins matching FPC registration holes. Carriers provide dimensional stability throughout printing, placement, and reflow processes.
Stage 4: Precision SMT Assembly
12 fully automated SMT lines with dedicated FPC placement programs: optimized nozzle pressure, reduced placement speed for fine-pitch components, and real-time placement verification.
Stage 5: Controlled Reflow
