The double belts height is adjustable to fit differnet sizes bottles.and the angle is adjustable according to the bottle shape, more stable. Speed is frenquecy contolled to match the conveyor and capping speed

1. 6 motors for 6 capping wheels, and the motors can change to servo motor for torgue adjustable if customer need

Product Application

Working Principle of Capping Machine

1. Cap Feeding

The cap sorter organizes randomly placed caps into the correct orientation and delivers them to the capping head.

2.Capping

The bottle is securely held in place, while the capping head presses down on the cap and rotates to tighten it along the bottle neck thread.

3. Stopping

When the rotation resistance reaches the preset torque value, the clutch automatically disengages. The capping head stops rotating and lifts up, completing the sealing process.
