1. Product Overview
The product made from premium super duplex stainless steel UNS S3205 ( ASTM A182 F60), these full-thread stud bolts follow global industrial standards including ISO4017, serving as core fastening spare parts for high-pressure & heavy-corrosion industrial piping, pressure vessel flange connections.

This combination of standards indicates a complete bolted joint designed for demanding applications:

• The Bolt: An ISO 4017 fully-threaded hexagon head screw. If it's made of Duplex 2205, it will have the characteristic high strength and corrosion resistance of that material.
• The Nut: An ISO 4032 hex nut, also made from Duplex 2205 to match the bolt's material and performance. Some manufacturers may use ISO 898-2 to specify nut property classes, ensuring compatibility with the bolt's strength.
• The Washer: An ISO 7089 flat washer. When made of Duplex 2205, it provides a load-bearing surface that won't corrode or fail in aggressive environments.
