This round hole perforated metal sheet adopts uniform round holes as standard punching shape with smooth burr-free inner walls. The available metal substrates cover lightweight aluminum alloy, rust-proof galvanized steel and high corrosion-resistant stainless steel to match different budget and service environment standards. Hole spacing, opening rate and panel shape can be freely adjusted without fixed standard specifications. The metal sheets possess excellent bending and cutting performance for secondary field processing. Optional surface treatments including galvanizing, polishing and wire drawing can enhance texture and rust resistance. We supply both single flat sheets and rolled coils to fit diverse construction and installation methods.
The whole production process starts with incoming inspection of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and galvanized steel raw plates to test material grade, thickness and flatness. All raw materials are sent to the leveling machine to correct natural bending. Technicians input round hole parameters into the CNC punching machine for continuous punching operation. Edge deburring is conducted after punching to polish smooth circular hole inner walls. Custom anti-corrosion surface treatment can be arranged on demand. All finished round hole perforated metal sheets will be inspected one by one for aperture precision and flatness. Qualified products are stacked by material category and wrapped with waterproof film for export wooden pallet packaging.
