Technical Specifications 1. Test System 1.1 Apparatus Structure: The heating chamber cavity is constructed from 304 stainless steel with ceramic wool insulation, offering excellent thermal isolation. 1.2 Sample Container: A cubic metal mesh structure featuring a stainless steel frame with a 20 mm side length; the frame holds stainless steel mesh with an aperture of 0.045 mm (replaceable). 1.3 Cooling Method: Equipped with an air-cooling system to enable rapid cooling of the test furnace. 2. Integrated Control and Data Acquisition/Processing System: 2.1 Microcomputer Automatic Control: After inputting control parameters and initiating the test via the unit's keypad and display, the instrument automatically conducts the test according to set values, detects whether combustion occurs, and completes the entire experiment automatically. 2.2 Remote Computer Monitoring (Wireless/Wired) (Optional): After inputting control parameters and initiating the test via the monitoring software interface, the instrument automatically completes the experiment based on set values. It automatically acquires and stores parameters in data files, plots relevant data curves, and allows test data to be exported as Excel reports. 2.2.1 Remote wireless monitoring: Wireless data transmission and storage; separates the operator from the equipment to ensure personnel safety. 2.2.2 Remote wired monitoring. 2.3 Data Acquisition and Processing System (Optional): Equipped with a 2-channel data acquisition system that automatically acquires and stores sample temperature and hot surface temperature. It automatically plots curves for sample temperature vs. hot air temperature vs. time, and allows test data to be exported to Excel for further analysis and processing. 3.
