Ear-clip Headphone Clamping Force Testing Machine

The Ear-Clip Headphone Clamping Force Tester is specially developed for open-style Bluetooth ear-clip and ear-hook headphones. It is used to test the clamping force exerted by the headphone clip arms on the auricle, and evaluate the wearing tightness, comfort during prolonged wear and anti-fall performance during exercise.

The equipment adopts PLC stepper motor drive combined with high-precision force sensors to simulate the opening and expanding motion of earphones, accurately collect clamping force values corresponding to different expansion distances. It is applicable to earphone R&D laboratories, incoming quality inspection on production lines and third-party testing institutions.

✅ Specially Adapted for Clip-on Headphones
Features short and precise stroke. The fixture is optimized for the opening-closing distance (1～50mm) of clip-on ear products, differing from traditional clamping force testers for over-ear headphones. It supports two test modes: unilateral expansion and synchronous bilateral expansion.

✅ High-precision Force Measurement System
Equipped with a high-precision 2kgf sensor with a minimum display value of 1gf. Free unit switching among gf/N/kgf/lbf is available, enabling real-time collection of peak force and real-time force values.

✅ Convenient Operation & Control
Adopts a 7-inch color touch screen for human-machine interaction. It supports inching fine adjustment and continuous automatic testing. The number of test cycles can be preset, and test data of each group will be recorded automatically.

Driven by synchronous stepper motors for smooth transmission, with stepless adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 50mm/s. Built-in limit protection prevents overload damage to samples and sensors.
