Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine
Suitable for testing rubber, plastic, wire, cable, optical fiber,
and composite materials
Product Introduction
The 600KN 60-ton Computerized Electric Hydraulic Servo Universal
Testing Machine (UTM) is designed to perform tensile, compression,
bending, shear, peel, tear, two-point extension, and other
mechanical tests on metallic and non-metallic materials.
- Applicable for testing rubber, plastics, wire and cable, optical
fiber and cable, safety belts, leather-based composite materials,
plastic profiles, waterproof membranes, and various metal products
- Capable of testing high-hardness steels, castings, plates, strips,
and non-ferrous metal wires
Industry Applications
This testing machine is extensively utilized for quality control
across diverse industries including:
- Metallurgical iron and steel, rubber & plastics
- Machinery manufacturing and electronic equipment
- Automobile manufacturing and textile fibers
- Wire and cable, packaging materials and foodstuffs
- Instrumentation and medical equipment
- Civil nuclear energy and civil aviation
- Colleges, universities, and research laboratories
- Inspection, arbitration, and technical supervision departments
- Building materials, ceramics, petroleum & chemical industries
Working Principle
- Hydraulic oil from the fuel tank is fed into the oil circuit via a
motor-driven high-pressure pump
- Oil passes sequentially through the check valve, high-pressure oil
filter, differential pressure valve group and servo valve before
entering the oil cylinder
- The computer sends control signals to the servo valve to adjust
opening degree and flow direction
- This controls flow rate entering the oil cylinder to realize
constant test force and displacement control
- Hydraulic oil flows back to the fuel tank via the oil return valve
after passing through pressure tubing

Frequently Asked Questions
Is your enterprise a pure trading company or an integrated
manufacturer with in-house manufacturing capacity?
We operate under an integrated manufacturing + trading business
model. We have been focused on the testing instruments industry for
18 consecutive years, and have accumulated 14 years of professional
cross-border export experience.
How can we select the most appropriate testing equipment for our
application requirements?
Our professional technical team will provide tailored, optimal
equipment selection recommendations once you inform us of your
required test items and corresponding technical specifications.
What is your standard delivery lead time?
Most mainstream equipment models are maintained in factory stock
throughout the year. For out-of-stock specifications, standard
delivery lead time is 15 to 20 working days upon receipt of the
advance deposit. Special priority processing arrangements can be
made for urgent order demands.
Do you offer custom equipment manufacturing services?
Yes, absolutely. We provide both standard-specification testing
machines and fully customized equipment built strictly according to
your actual application needs. Feel free to share your detailed
technical requirements with us, and we will do our utmost to
satisfy all your needs.
Are we allowed to conduct an on-site factory visit prior to order
confirmation?
Yes, we warmly welcome and sincerely invite you and your team to
visit our manufacturing facility. We will provide full logistic
support including hotel reservation assistance and dedicated
airport pick-up service.
What after-sales warranty coverage do you provide for your
equipment?
Generally, all our testing equipment is covered by a 12-month
comprehensive warranty. Within the warranty period, we offer
continuous remote technical support and free replacement of
defective spare parts. On-site service by our professional
engineering team can be arranged as needed.
What packaging solution do you adopt for equipment delivery, and
can it guarantee damage-free transportation?
