LC Fully Automatic Multi-Station Rotary Hot Stamping Machine for Irregular Shapes

Equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a cantilever-mounted touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface), the user-friendly panel supports the storage and one-click retrieval of process parameters for multiple products. Physical start and emergency stop buttons are integrated for convenient debugging and operation.

A standard tri-color signal tower (red, yellow, green) is mounted on top of the machine: green for normal operation, yellow for standby/warning, and red for fault shutdown. This allows operators to monitor the equipment's running status in real-time from a distance across the workshop.

A closed-loop belt conveyor with workpiece positioning blocks is configured on the left side. It can be directly connected to the front end of injection or blow molding machines to achieve fully automatic in-line feeding.

It delivers round, oval, and irregular curved workpieces smoothly and precisely, preventing material misalignment and perfectly adapting to high-volume continuous production.

Featuring a rotary indexing table with multi-station structure, this unit is equipped with high-precision pneumatic cylinders and customized mechanical gripper modules.

Each station integrates automatic feeding, precise positioning, irregular hot stamping, and automatic unloading. The intermittent rotation of the turntable completes the entire processing cycle without manual handling, ensuring high processing consistency.

A pneumatic FRL unit (filter-regulator-lubricator with a precision pressure gauge) is integrated at the bottom of the equipment cabinet. It maintains a stable air supply pressure of 0.4~0.6 MPa, ensuring consistent stamping pressure and precise cylinder movements.

The machine features a heavy-duty, thickened sheet-metal integrated frame with bottom ventilation slots for heat dissipation, guaranteeing stable and durable operation for 24/7 continuous mass production. The conveyor support brackets are made of aluminum alloy profiles with adjustable heights, allowing easy docking with upstream and downstream equipment.

3. The hot stamping station performs precise contour-following hot stamping, while servo motors synchronize the unwinding and rewinding of the hot stamping foil.
4. Finished products are automatically picked up by a robotic arm and transferred to the rear conveyor line.
5. The entire process operates in a closed-loop via the PLC program. In case of material jams, abnormal air pressure, or temperature control failures, the machine will automatically stop, trigger an alarm, and display a fault code for quick troubleshooting.
