A mailer box is the sweet spot between a plain brown carton and a rigid gift box. It ships flat, folds into shape in seconds, and gives you a clean, branded surface on every panel — at a unit cost that works for volume e-commerce. No tape, no glue, no assembly tools. Just pre-scored corrugated board that locks into place when you fold it.

The most common style is the roll-end tuck-top: side flaps roll over for double-wall reinforcement, a front tuck flap secures the lid, and dust flaps on the sides keep the interior sealed from light and dirt. The self-locking bottom pops open automatically when you square the box — no bottom taping, no extra step on the packing line. For heavier items, we add a tuck-top with locking tabs or switch to a full-overlap mailer.

Material is single-wall corrugated — E-flute for lighter goods that need a crisp, compact profile, B-flute for mid-weight products. White-top board gives you the best print reproduction; kraft keeps the cost lower with a natural look. Both take CMYK and PMS spot printing across all exterior panels, with inside printing available for a branded reveal when the box opens.
