material specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of
modern laboratory environments. Fully compliant with international
standards including EN438, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000, it is
meticulously crafted from high-quality phenolic resin-impregnated
kraft paper as the core layer and melamine resin-impregnated
decorative paper as the surface layer, which are then pressed under
high temperature and high pressure to form a dense, integrated
structure. Boasting a density of ≥1350kg/m³, this worktop
seamlessly integrates exceptional antibacterial,
chemical-resistant, waterproof, fireproof and scratch-resistant
properties, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of lab
settings, including chemical laboratories, biological research
labs, medical testing facilities and industrial testing
laboratories.

of ≥100MPa and a tensile strength of ≥70MPa, the worktop maintains

Antibacterial & Hygienic: It achieves a 99.9% sterilization rate against common harmful
bacteria, effectively preventing bacterial growth and
cross-contamination. The ultra-smooth surface is not only easy to
clean but also compatible with all standard lab disinfection
methods, maintaining a hygienic environment for precise
experiments.
Chemical & Stain Resistant: The worktop exhibits strong resistance to a wide range of acids,
alkalis, organic solvents and common laboratory reagents, avoiding
corrosion and damage in daily use. Its advanced EBC surface
treatment further enhances stain resistance, ensuring the worktop
remains clean and intact even after contact with colored or
corrosive substances.
Waterproof & Fireproof: It features excellent waterproof performance with a mass increase
of only 0.5% after boiling water testing, effectively preventing
moisture penetration and deformation. The fire rating can reach
Bs1-d0 upon request, and it meets E1 grade formaldehyde emission
standards, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness in the
lab.
Customizable: To adapt to different lab layouts and usage needs, the worktop
offers comprehensive customization options, including standard and
custom sizes (such as 1220*1830mm), thickness ranging from 3mm to
30mm, a variety of colors and surface finishes, as well as precise
CNC cutting services to achieve accurate shapes and holes.
