Product Introduction:
The CNC Angle Line Machine is a highly accurate, fully automated integrated processing solution specifically engineered for the marking, punching, drilling, shearing, and cutting of angle steel profiles. It is extensively utilized in power transmission tower construction, telecommunication tower production, steel structure fabrication, bridge engineering, and various metal processing industries. By replacing conventional manual operations, the equipment achieves efficient, precise, and standardized large-scale processing of angle steel materials.
1. The machine is equipped with independently developed proprietary control software, enabling immediate operation upon startup and direct standby shutdown functionality. Axis homing is not required after restarting, allowing uninterrupted continuous production and significantly improving overall operational efficiency.
2. In addition to supporting DXF file formats, the equipment is fully compatible with TEKLA software integration, effectively meeting diverse and customized production requirements from customers.

Product Features:
1. Infeed Carriage
The feeding carriage is composed of a mobile trolley, clamping device, clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, and other auxiliary components. During the feeding process, the trolley travels along two high-precision guide rails installed on the feeding conveyor, ensuring advantages such as excellent positioning accuracy, stable operation, and reduced running noise.

2. Infeed Conveyor
The conveyor base channel is manufactured from a single-piece
formed thick steel plate with a seamless, non-welded structure,
providing enhanced load-bearing performance. The system is equipped
exclusively with high-grade branded bearings, while the rollers are
designed for outstanding strength and long service life. The
optimized conveyor structure ensures stable and efficient
transportation of angle steel into the main machine, allowing
processing operations to begin smoothly and continuously.
3. Horizontal Feeding Table
Driven by a motor and reducer through a sprocket-and-chain
transmission mechanism, this unit ensures smooth and reliable
movement of angle steel while maintaining low operating noise
throughout the conveying process.

4. Marking Unit
The marking unit consists of a support bed fixed to the machine
frame, a movable platform, a hydraulic pressing head, and a
four-position hydraulic cylinder. Controlled by the computerized
system, it performs accurate marking operations according to the
designated positions specified in the engineering drawings.
5. Punching Unit
Each side is equipped with three punching sizes, with every punch
integrated with a die-selection cylinder, allowing multi-row and
various hole-pattern punching operations on both flanges of the
angle steel.

6. Cutting Unit
For angle steel and channel steel, a single-blade shearing method
is adopted. For flat steel, the unit is capable of performing both
straight cutting and curved (arc) shearing operations.
7. Outfeed Conveyor
The outfeed conveyor is composed of feed rollers, workpiece support
rollers, and single- or double-sided turning cylinders. It enables
finished workpieces to be discharged to either the left or right
side through the corresponding tipping control system.
8. Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station is equipped with water-cooling or air-cooling
systems to ensure stable temperature control, effectively
preventing overheating of the hydraulic pump.
