1. The plate and flange drilling, milling, and marking machine consists of several key components, including a base, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle, worktable, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and other essential elements.



2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can function either in coordination with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is equipped with a high-precision, Taiwan-manufactured spindle (internal cooling) with a BT50 taper and features a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This design allows for convenient tool changes via a connecting rod and hydraulic cylinder tool release system, enabling rapid switching between drill bits and milling cutters.



3. The drilling and marking machine is built with high-precision linear guides, providing smooth and accurate movement. An AC servo motor drives a synchronous belt and precision ball screw assembly, ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy.



4. The frame and gantry of the metal plate gantry machine are fabricated from castings or welded high-grade steel plates. These components undergo high-temperature annealing prior to machining, followed by a secondary annealing process after semi-finishing to relieve internal stresses. They are then precision-machined to ensure consistent accuracy and structural stability.
