Application Scenarios
FAQQuestion 1: Inaccurate measured capacitance and inductance data
Customer: When testing power capacitors and reactors on site, the
measured values deviate greatly from the nominal parameters. How
should we troubleshoot?
Manufacturer: This problem is commonly triggered by poor wiring
contact, residual voltage inside the tested component or ambient
interference. Please follow the steps below: First, fully discharge
the capacitor and reactor completely before testing to eliminate
residual electricity; second, check that the test terminals and
clamps are fastened tightly and free from oxidation, rust or dirt;
third, stay away from high-voltage cables and large electromagnetic
equipment to avoid field interference. If the error still exists
after adjustment, check whether the clamp sensor is damaged or not
plugged in properly. Contact us for support and do not disassemble
the machine privately.
Question 2: The device cannot print test reports normally
Customer: After finishing capacitance and inductance measurement,
the printer fails to output reports, with blank paper or no paper
feeding. What is the solution?
Manufacturer: Common causes include insufficient thermal paper,
incorrect paper installation or printer failure. First, confirm
that the thermal printing paper is installed in the right direction
and has remaining quantity; second, open the printer compartment to
check for paper jams or foreign objects blocking the roller; third,
restart the host and re-enter the print interface. If printing
still cannot work, the printer head may be worn out, please get in
touch with us for replacement or maintenance.
Question 3: Screen no display after power-on
Customer: The machine cannot light up after switching on the power
supply, the whole device is unresponsive. Is the host broken down?
Manufacturer: Do not worry; it is mostly caused by power supply
issues rather than internal damage. First, check the power cord for
breakage and confirm the AC power socket supplies normal voltage;
second, inspect the built-in fuse tube; blown fuse will cut off
power input; third, unplug the power cord and wait for 10 minutes
before powering on again to reset the power module. If the screen
remains dark, stop operation and contact our technical team
promptly.
Question 4: USB data cannot be exported successfully
Customer: I need to export test records to a USB flash drive for
filing, but the device fails to identify the USB drive and cannot
save data.
Manufacturer: Please check the following points one by one: Use a
USB flash drive formatted to FAT32; large-capacity NTFS flash
drives are incompatible with the instrument; wipe off dust on the
USB port to guarantee good contact; do not pull out the USB drive
during data saving to avoid file corruption. If the USB port is
loose or damaged, send the equipment back for inspection and
repair.
Question 5: Safety precautions for transportation, handling and
field wiring
Customer: The tester is equipped with precision electronic
components and a yellow portable protective case. What rules should
be followed during transit, carrying and on-site testing?
Manufacturer: Please abide by these key notes: Firstly, the
equipment contains precision circuit boards and display screens;
avoid violent shaking, heavy collision and falling during
transportation to prevent screen breakage and internal component
loosening; Secondly, fully discharge all tested capacitors before
wiring; strictly comply with high-voltage electrical test safety
specifications to prevent electrocution risks; Thirdly, connect the
test wires in strict accordance with the terminal marks; wrong
wiring will lead to inaccurate data and even hardware damage;
double-check wiring by two staff members before measurement;
Fourthly, keep the instrument away from damp, dusty and rainy
environments during outdoor use to protect internal circuits from
moisture erosion.
Question 6: Shipping Method
Customer: If we place an order, how do you typically ship the
goods? Will there be any issues with transporting bulky items such
as reactors?
Manufacturer: We default to using dedicated logistics lines or
brand-specific express shipping services; small-sized main units
and accessories may also be shipped via standard courier services.
Large items, such as reactors and excitation transformers, are
packed using wooden crates or wooden frames for reinforcement to
prevent bumps and moisture exposure during transit; a packing list
is included with each package to facilitate item-by-item counting
for you. Logistics costs are typically determined by both parties
in accordance with the contract terms; after shipment, we will send
you both the tracking number and the carrier's contact phone number
for easy tracking.If your project site is remote or if delivery to
the site is required with a specified logistics company, please
inform us in advance when placing your order; we can then
coordinate and arrange accordingly.
Question 7: Delivery Lead Time
Customer: Our project is under tight deadlines; how long will it
take for the order to be shipped after we place it? Can we request
expedited shipping?
Manufacturer: Standard specifications – stock available; typically
delivered upon receipt of the order. Orders can be shipped within

voltage levels, capacities, or reactor combination configurations,

will provide free repair or replacement of components; when
problems occur on-site, we commit to responding within 24 hours;
most wiring and parameter configuration issues can be resolved
through remote guidance via video or telephone; for cases where an
on-site visit is necessary, we will arrange for our technicians to
arrive at the location to resolve the issue. After the warranty
period expires, we still offer repair services, with spare parts

Question 9: Shipping methods for each region (Sea freight)
Customer: Our projects are distributed across several states, and
our procurement volumes are substantial; are the shipping methods
consistent across all states? How is the delivery time calculated?
Manufacturer: The specifications are identical; however, it should
be specifically noted that this equipment set is large in size and
heavy in weight—components such as the reactor and excitation
transformer are all classified as heavy components. Therefore,
regardless of which state or region the shipment is destined for,
we will uniformly utilize sea freight transportation. The packaging
employs export-grade wooden crates with reinforced structures,
along with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments; the design of
these wooden crates is optimized for long-distance sea transport
and multiple lifting and transshipment operations. Upon arrival at
the destination, simply unpack the goods and conduct an inspection
before putting them into use. Regarding delivery time, the sea
freight transit period depends on the port of destination: near-sea
routes are generally faster, whereas ocean routes may take longer;
