1. Product Overview
This full-automatic production line is specially developed for composite thermoplastic toe puff sheet laminated with TPU/EVA and spunlace nonwoven fabric, widely used for shoe toe cap & heel counter raw material. Finished chemical toe puff sheets are exported to overseas markets, featuring low-temperature hot melt bonding, easy shoe forming, no glue overflow and stable physical performance. Available with parallel twin-screw & single-screw two main extruder configurations to match different formula ratios of pure TPU, modified EVA and spunlace cloth compounding.
2. Complete Line Composition
- Automatic Mixing & Vacuum Feeding System
Closed auto batching unit for TPU pellets, EVA granules, powder additives and chopped spunlace nonwoven scraps; vacuum feeding avoids dust leakage and raw material bridging, improves formulation consistency.
- Main Extruder Unit
- Parallel Twin Screw Extruder: screw with multi-section exhaust structure, effective moisture removal from spunlace fabric, strong plasticizing capacity, output 400~750kg/h for high-yield composite sheet production; equipped with ABB frequency converter and Omron segmented temperature control, precision ±1℃, ideal for high filler spunlace composite formulation.
- Single Screw Extruder: L/D 32:1 nitrided barrel, cost-effective for low-filler pure TPU/EVA single-layer toe puff sheet, output 150~300kg/h.
- T-Die Head & Three-Roll Calender Forming
Mirror chrome plated adjustable T-die, gap precision 0.01mm; three-roller constant-temperature calender realizes synchronous lamination of plastic melt and spunlace nonwoven, uniform sheet thickness 0.15~2.5mm, no bubbling or delamination between cloth and plastic layer.
- Cooling, Traction & Servo Cutting Unit
Circulation water cooling rack + variable speed haul-off; servo fixed-length slitting & cutting, cutting tolerance ±0.3mm, optional online edge trimming.
- Constant Tension Winding Machine
PLC-controlled auto winding for finished toe puff rolls, adjustable winding tension to prevent sheet stretch deformation, roll specification customizable.
Full set line adopts centralized touch screen PLC control, one-key save production formula for fast material switching.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
