3+1 Core ABC Cable is an aerial insulated cable designed for overhead power distribution systems. The "3+1" configuration consists of three phase conductors (for power transmission) and one neutral conductor (usually with a reduced cross-section or support messenger). This design is widely used in rural electrification, urban network expansion, and overhead line replacements where bare conductors are being phased out for safety reasons.
